The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*Ck
Zarah Bruhn studied business administration and economics with technology in Mannheim and Munich. During her career in start-ups and cleantech venture capital, she was particularly fascinated by how entrepreneurial approaches can be used to meet social challenges.
When she became involved with fugitives during her semester abroad in Stockholm in 2015, she noticed that, in addition to well-functioning first aid, there was a lack of concepts for the sustainable integration of fugitives. So she returned to Germany with the idea for Social-Bee and founded the Social Startup Social-Bee together with Maximilian Felsner: The first non-profit temporary employment agency for fugitives that invests all profits in integration support.
Social-Bee thus builds a bridge between job-seeking fugitives and employers. Social-Bee’s great vision: To assume social responsibility with an entrepreneurial spirit for a diverse and colorful society in which everyone gets a chance.
